The WYSE programme is amazing, I was very well supported and motivated throughout. WYSE provided me with an opportunity to know what I can contribute to make the world a better place.

I am Metasebia Tolossa an architect and urban designer by profession. I am currently working as a project manager in construction and a part time lecturer in the Addis Ababa University.
I feel passionate about WYSE because it is a training programme that empowers people. WYSE changed my perspective and my way of doing things and I believe many more young people can benefit from this programme.

I am the director of a local Charity called Spur Afrika which educates children and teens from slums so that they are able to break out of the vicious cycle of poverty and lead dignified lives. Attending Wyse supported me to rediscover myself and find balance in my life as a leader. I would like to have young people from the region to attend WYSE and learn great stuff that can be life transforming for them and their communities.

I am Safianu Moro, General Manager of Serendipalm Company Limited, an Organic and Fair Trade certified company in Ghana. I have a Master of Philosophy in Agricultural Extension Degree from The University of Ghana.
I am so passionate about WYSE because of my own experience with the Organization at the program I participated. It is unbelievable how the whole program is organized with unique teaching methods aimed at bringing out the leadership qualities in each participant, assisting participants to understand themselves well, see themselves as global citizens and take actions to contribute to making the world a better place by expressing their leadership. The Staff at WYSE are so inspirational and I think it is important for young people all over the world to have a taste of this unique leadership model.
